My name is Susan Lotter, and I am the founder of Dolce Rinnovo and  Bear Claw Confections, a tiny little spot on the dial of life that offers a unique set of products...some for your belly and some for your body.  For over 10 years, I have created luxurious bath and body products that help you feel renewed and pampered.  My customers rave about the Nature's Frost Pain Reliever.  If you have anything that ails you, I recommend that you try it for yourself!  You may be asking, "what is Dolce Rinnovo?"  Well, translated from Italian, it means Sweet Renewal.  How appropriate, right?

I have grown up in a family of foodies and it became second nature for me to want to bake for everyone else.  I have always had a "side hustle" of some sort or another, and during the pandemic, baking became a big part of life.  I've offered many different treats from gourmet, filled chocolates to donuts, cookies, cakes and breads.  While I love doing all of that, I truly love teaching others.

I began holding cookie decorating classes in my home and they have been a hit.  I would love to show you how to create some fun treats!  Keep an eye on my events page for all upcoming classes.
