My name is Susan Lotter, and I am the founder of Bear Claw Confections, a tiny little spot on the dial of life that offers huge flavor in our delicious treats.  I have grown up in a family of foodies and it became second nature for me to want to bake for everyone else.  I have always had a "side hustle" of some sort or another, but nothing ever fulfilled me more than preparing treats.  Maybe someday, I will have a brick and mortar store, a place where my customers can come in and browse, sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy our delicious offerings.  But for now, I work out of my home kitchen and prepare all of these treats for you to enjoy in the comforts of your happy place.

My product line changes and grows constantly.  I urge you to keep coming back.  And, if you have something in mind that you don't see, just ask!  Chances are, I have either made it, wanted to make it, or think it's a fantastic suggestion and will do my best to jump on the opportunity to make it.
